As Falcon.io grew, they found themselves facing a common problem for scaling subscription businesses: how to stay close to the customer with an expanding customer base.
Falcon.io needed a billing and revenue ledger platform to support their growing business, and the 2500-5000 invoices they were sending per quarter. As their business increased in the U.S., they needed help properly handling sales tax. And, beyond direct support on the financial side, they also needed insight into how their customers were using - and, just as importantly, not using - their service.
